VOLUME TWO OF MY FAVORITE COMEDY SKETCHES 100% SOLD OUT
What are the basic dynamics of payload lift off, propulsion, and target trajectory that come into play in ... pie throwing?
Funny you should ask.
On the surface, pie throwing may not appear to be rocket science. But it does take a certain amount of practice and … dare I say it... artistry, if you want to do it correctly!
That's where I come in. I'm Joey D'Auria, actor, comedian, and five-time Emmy award- winning host of WGN-TV's Super Sunday Show. In my new book My Favorite Comedy Sketches, not only do I present a hilarious collection of sure fire, clown comedy routines, I've also put together the basic fundamentals of how to throw a pie safely (without breaking your comedy partner's nose). Plus a brief history of pie throwing and ... the highly coveted WGN-TV cream pie recipe. It's 100% inedible! Along with costume and make-up tips - comedy notes - prop and gimmick ideas and much, much more!

Feedback:
"Hi Joey,
My name is Brian Waltman. I ordered your first book over a year ago
and loved it, so I immediately pre-ordered the second and was thrilled

to find out it was just as funny as the first.
I wanted to let you know that myself and two clowning partners
recently performed "Hide the Pies" at the Midwest Clown Association
convention in the group skit category. The audience was made up
almost entirely of professional clowns and the audience response was
outstanding. In fact, the professional clown judges liked it too! We
took first place performing Hide the Pies skit from your book. And
last but not least, it was a blast to perform! These skits are fun to
perform and fun to watch. Thank you for making these hilarious bits
of comedy available for others to see and perform!
Have a wonderful day

"Joey D'Auria has done the world of clowning a great service. The gags in this book are both clear and informative. In seventeen years of performing at WGN Joey gained a great feeling for what worked and what did not. He has knowledge based on experience. His incredible volume of work is impressive. This is a very well put together sampler of practical gags that everyone in the clown world can learn from.

I learned much from my association with him even after a classic American clowning background. Enjoy." —

"Joey D'Auria's
My Favorite Comedy Sketches is a great book -- a wonderful resource, not only for clowns, but for anyone interested in the art of slapstick comedy. And it's more than just a collection of very funny sketches.

Joey has also taken the time to explain in detail what makes each sketch funny, and his set and prop designs are very useful as well. I highly recommend it." —
